DIVINE EMBRACE INNER PEACE SUMMER RETREAT

A tranquil day of
‘Being’ and Sharing in nature
(between Bristol and Bath)

Nurturing RETREAT DAYS held the
SECOND SATURDAY of EACH MONTH from MAY to OCTOBER
from 10am – 4.30pm
(weather permitting – options available)

Time away from the rush and bustle of daily life is essential for balancing our minds, bodies and emotions. Connecting to our spirituality brings an inner peace and joy, which strengthens and supports all that we do

There will be two periods during the day spent in silent reflection, held in nurturing surroundings, indoors and out, The focus will be on intention and mindfulness, and a walking meditation by the river to connect with the five elements, will provide balance and inspiration for some creative writing. Alternatively some time at the standing stones at Stanton Drew for dowsing and contemplation may be enjoyed

Includes a group Divine Embrace Healing Transmission

You may join in or not as you wish. The shared experiences can be very healing,
expanding our awareness of the Divine within
