I felt I had to write to thank you for the most beautiful weekend (if your second name isn't Joy then it certainly should be!). As I reached my home last night I suddenly realised I had a grin like a Cheshire cat all over my face - wonderful!

I am a sceptic by nature, having a degree in science, and didn't think I would get a lot out of it to be honest, but I thought I'd be open minded and give it a go
I liked the fact that when Celeste talked about her beliefs in regards to the energy being used she was consistently pointing out that this was only her thoughts and that we were very much entitled to our own views
...as the day progressed I began to be able to feel energy fields and whilst doing my first Reiki on my fellow student my hands were pretty much burning!

The bombardment of horror from the distasters in America (September 11th) is such a contrast to the serene spirituality of your presence that my mind has rather seized up, and of course I’m still integrating the energy (or it’s integrating me!!!) I thought it would be nice to tell you what has happened to me this week
I went to Kew Gardens 2 weeks ago and took many pictures of plants and flowers. I developed the photos and I'v got a most amazing photo which I couldn't believe it. I took a Lotus flowers photo. Flowers were sooooo beautiful. I thought I need to take this picture although my camera isn't a great one. But, photo turned out the most beautiful one. Flowers had AURA! It's only around flowers. Well, that proved energy! I have believed flower remedies. Now it is confirmed!!! So, I can't wait to do Australian Bush Flower Remedy Workshop!
So, it has been good. I feel that I am developing my inner strength

I felt compelled to write to you and thank you for a fantastic weekend, I have learned so much. I felt full of the joys of spring when I left and very strong. I came back to meet with my boyfriend and unfortunately, we have split. Now, I would normally be a jibbering wreck and totally lose control of anything that comes out of my mouth as, for me, he was the "one"! However, I was totally in control and kept thinking "I'm strong, I can deal with this its your loss" and I felt strangely amazing
Even today, I feel strange about the whole thing and guess what, I haven't analysed the conversation half as much! Thought about it a few times, had a few cries, but then I feel so strong! I feel something is stopping me from thinking about it too much, cant explain it!
I would have married ****** if he had asked me, yet I feel great about it! Not sure if that’s me not accepting its over or the Reiki, but I feel its the Reiki!

I can't thank you enough for this weekend I feel as if I've had a true holiday. I've just had 6 weeks off and in all that time didn't get as much mental space as this weekend - you are truly gifted. I was not sure that I'm the best candidate for learning Reiki 2 as I am less likely to practice it in the near future but I have learned loads for myself which is I guess where needs the work at the moment!

The manual before the course was excellent. I find the CDs of great help. Celeste was very informative and I thoroughly enjoyed the day although I found it very intense working with the energies. I am amazed now by the difference between First and Second Degree.

I can only say that I had the most enlightening time of my life. It was such an interesting feeling! When I arrived I honestly thought that I would be the only one who could not do it, but I was amazed just how naturally it came and how "right" it felt.

I found the course very enjoyable and enlightening. The venue (Celeste's house) is absolutely wondrous and ideal for events of this type. She was very professional but also most hospitable and warm and kind
There were four students including myself and that seemed about right to allow plenty of one-to-one contact and some group work
The course manual is very good, as are the CDs. Your web site is equally well organised and informative

Course content: book layout good. Enough history and information about Reiki. Had enough time to read in own time. CD was helpful to recap what was important points
The day with Celeste was excellent, very calm, relaxing day and could not believe how quickly it passed. Informal program but covered everything and still felt organised. She is a good teacher and made me feel at ease and open to ask her any question even if it felt stupid
I felt that after the reading the manual and listening to the CD and the day with Celeste I feel "ready" for Reiki. It is all very strange in the beginning but still wonderful to be part of this experience now for life!

ON REIKI TREATMENTS
Just over a year ago I had no idea about complimentary therapies….I was afraid to speak to my Doctor about how I felt, and hated the idea of being 'labelled'
I saw an article about phobias and Celeste (Evening Post, April 14, 2001). I emailed her explaining how my world was getting smaller and how much fear I was suffering. I had suffered from a fear of travelling for about 21 years and had only just told my partner about it. (I have been with her for 23 years and had hid it all this time). Celeste has been supportive and encouraging right from the start...
There have been no 'quick fixes'. What I had was much more than a phobia - it was deep rooted and went right back to late childhood
What Celeste has done with me has changed my life. I say that without any exaggeration. Celeste has gently helped to heal a great deal of my fears and anxiety. Along with regression work her sessions have gently led me to believe that I can take back control of my life. Before I started with Celeste I had thought at more than one point that I had not the strength to carry on
Things are different now. Over nine months Celeste's sessions have given me the confidence to know that I can address my problems. Reiki has had an impact on my life. It has soothed my soul; creating calmness and balance where I previously had turmoil and panic. I have felt the physical effects throughout my body as each healing session has taken place. My partner says I come out of each session a 'transformed' person - no longer 'haunted' and haggard with the stress of carrying all of my problems
Reiki with Celeste has moved me on. It has given me the confidence and I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Before Celeste - before Reiki - my future looked bleak and I saw little hope
My advice? Have faith and take the plunge - Reiki works!

I can honestly say from the first time I came to see you, I do seem to have a safety valve installed, it seems when I feel my self getting a bit low, and negative, something washes over me, and I just feel positive again. You really have helped me more than I can ever say, and for that I am so grateful. I hope in time I will be able to help people, especially my family, in the same way

Suffering from IBS and stress over a number of years finally led to panic attacks affecting both my work and social life. After years of conventional treatments as a last resort, and as a total sceptic of complementary therapies, I booked a Reiki session with Celeste after reading a feature article in the local newspaper
Wow - talking to Celeste made me aware of what Western professionals had failed to understand all these years... Rather than dealing with the causes, they were concentrating on the symptoms with yet more medication
The following Reiki sessions started to relax me enough to totally break free from life’s daily pressures reducing my symptoms for the first time helping to find my path to recovery
My life is now more stable with a greater knowledge and understanding of what my potentials are and how to help myself rather than looking for the magic pill that doesn’t exists. (Allowing myself to try Reiki, and to go on to study level 1, were the best life decisions I have ever made)
